These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Humble List (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Druksys, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Humble List is an entertainment service that displays public leaderboards. The leaderboards rank participants based solely on contribution amount.
Entertainment purposes only. The Service is satire. You understand that leaderboards, badges, achievements, and rankings are for entertainment and bragging rights only.
You must be 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make a contribution or use paid features. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter these Terms.
You may contribute without creating an account. Accounts may provide conveniences such as viewing contribution history, adding contributions more easily, and tracking achievements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
A single contribution must be at least $1.00.
All contributions are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
There is no prize, no payout, and no monetary value associated with appearing on the leaderboards. Bragging rights only.
The Service is not a charity and contributions are not tax-deductible unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.
Sales tax may apply where required and is added at checkout. Leaderboard rankings are calculated before sales tax (tax does not increase your ranking).
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment method availability (e.g., credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) may vary by device, location, and processor support.
The Service offers three public leaderboards:
Monthly and yearly periods are calculated using Zulu time (UTC).
Only the Top 10 contributors appear on each leaderboard. No placement is guaranteed. If you are not Top 10 for a given leaderboard, you will not appear on that leaderboard.
If two or more participants have the same contribution total for a leaderboard period, the higher rank goes to the participant whose qualifying contribution (or qualifying total) was recorded earliest, based on processor transaction timestamps and records.
We may adjust, remove, or correct leaderboard entries to maintain integrity, including when transactions are refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, or when we suspect fraud or policy violations. Processor records are the source of truth.
If you appear on a leaderboard (Top 10), the Service may publicly display:

Examples of rejected aliases include: "Admin", "Support@email.com", "555-1234", and offensive language.
We may reject, modify, remove, or require changes to any alias or public display at our discretion. We may also remove listings and ban individuals for violations of these Terms.
The Service may offer an optional "Identity Verified" badge using Stripe Identity.
Identity Verified is not an endorsement, not a background check, and not proof of character, trustworthiness, or humbleness. It only indicates that an identity verification check was completed at a point in time.
We may remove or revoke the badge at any time, including for suspected fraud, disputes/chargebacks, policy violations, or changes in verification status.
The Service may offer achievements. Some achievements may be hidden until earned by at least one participant; once earned, they may become visible on the Achievements page. Achievements have no monetary value and are for entertainment only. We may modify, remove, or reset achievements at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove listings, remove badges, and/or ban users at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or interfered with the Service. We may do so with or without notice where appropriate. Final sale rules still apply (no refunds except where required by law).
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. The Service uses analytics tools (including Microsoft Clarity), subject to our consent controls and Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free leaderboards, or that you will appear on any leaderboard. We do not guarantee availability of any feature, badge, or achievement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $50, IF GREATER).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Druksys, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your alias/content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted unless we state otherwise. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
